Churro's turned cinnamon sticks

Hi lovelies,

It's been just one of those days where you want to stay home and drink thee curled up on the couch.But and there's a big one here..I wanted to have dinner ready for Bo and attempted to make churro's from this recipe.The first one was a so pitiful and burned I almost gave up baking!
Here is the second batch hanging out in the pan.

and I know..they look like doodies..my churro's came out small crunchy on the outside and very light on the inside.My Bo was very happy with them so I'm tackling some other recipes! Yay.

my new look...very fifties

I have a double reason for posting this look.If you can see in the glasses thats the window of our home! After months of waiting and writing and calling my Bo and I are finally together.We are still busy with our home especially the garden(pictures coming of our progress)It's an old house with lots of character!I'm so happy,scared,missing my lil bro and sister but mostly in love and happy happy happy! Love all you love birds.

Hihi leaving you with the last meal I had with my lil sister.It's called lemon chicken and some chinese greens in oyster sauce on the side.
